Online Electrical – Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused

Be in the same condition that you received it

Be returned in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Light bulbs

Gift cards / vouchers
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or a receipt.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected

Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued at over R500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
