Depending on the time and day of the week your order was placed, will affect the duration. However, all orders are generally delivered within 2-3 business days.

We offer shipping to all areas of South Africa. Orders between 0-5kg, R95 flat fee, Orders between 5.1-10kg, R125. Orders >R2000 receive FREE shipping. If you order exceeds 2m in length, there may be a surcharge as a truck is required to deliver. If you are located in a high risk area, a surcharge maybe implemented.

All orders placed internationally are for collection only.

Yes you can, sometimes we forget something off our shopping list! Simply send an email to sales1@online-electrical.co.za, we will forward an invoice for online payment and add the item to your previous order so you do not pay any further shipping fees. Or let us know the changes so that we can amend for you.
