Request Account Deletion

You can request the permanent deletion of your customer account and associated personal information from our store.

Before you submit:

• Your identity may be verified before we delete your account.
• Your customer account will be permanently removed.
• Certain order and invoice records may be retained where required by law.
• We process deletion requests within **7 business days**.

Please include the following in your message:

• Your full name.

• Your contact number.
• Type "Please delete my account" in the comment box below.
